Hello and welcome!
Now where to even begin!? My name is Matt and I am a 30 year old gamer. I’ve been playing video games since… well, you might be able to say since I was born. From an early age as far as I can go back remembering, my first instance of gaming was watching my brother play Dirty Harry on the Nintendo. With the first game I can recall playing being Sonic the Hedgehog on the SEGA Genesis.
Growing up through maybe 4 or 5 console generations, I’ve always found myself typically on the playstation consoles with most of my early to late teenage years being primarily playstation 1 & playstation 2. Trying to not make myself look like a fanboy too much, I generally don’t care which console I play on anymore as long as the games are fun and the experience is a good experience. (Hail the Nintendo Switch!) As for the more current days I typically find myself playing a lot of action games, always preferring role playing games, old school and the more modern, with some of my favorites being Suikoden, Dragon Quest 8 and of course Final Fantasy 7. That being said, expect to see most of my writing to be games in those particular genres.
I won’t claim to be an expert or anything on making things seem interesting however, I hope to start writing more interesting things soon! Currently playing Divinity Original Sin 2 and it’s an absolute masterpiece so I’ll be sure to return with my thoughts and adventures on that one in the near future.
